Collaborative Art Revolution
A recent collaboration with Frances Baldasarro for the launch of her new events business http://undergroundevents.com.au Underground Events was founded on the basics of creating live events for the arts industry to share with the community.
Tracy was invited to be the first visual feature artist for this venture. This gave her the outlet she had been looking for to exhibit her latest body of work. Dance Mother Fucker Dance – a violent femmes inspired title
Combined with vocal artists Tom Dodd & Shoota, two exceptional musical artists who combined relaxed banjo plucked stories sung by lush husky vocals the night started off with a cruise vibe.
Jake Whittaker took to the stage next. Jake has a unique and varied sound in his original work. With stirrings of soul and funk, the Pop/Rock sounds of Jake Whittaker are groovy and melodic, quickly pulling you into the funky, feel-good beats.
To finish the evening Ella Fence took us on a soulful journey. She has been touring around Europe and just returned to Australia. Her vocals have been described as “powerful” and “mesmerizing”.
The night was a great success with a feel good vibe look out for more events from this talented bunch.
